Profile: A peaberry is a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry; normally coffee beans grow in two halves. Only about 5 percent of coffee beans grow this way, and it is said that peaberries roast more evenly than flat berries, giving peaberry coffee an exceptionally balanced aroma and taste. This coffee has a toasty, fruity aroma, with a rich, nutty flavor.  

Acidity: Bright  

Body: Medium bodied, rich, winey finish.
